1. Lesson Cancellation & Rescheduling

Individual Lessons: Lessons can be rescheduled or cancelled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled start time. If you notify us 24 hours or more in advance, you are eligible for a full refund or a no-cost reschedule.

Late Cancellations / No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice, or non-attendance at a scheduled class, will result in the lesson being charged in full and no refund is available.

Teacher Cancellations: If your lesson needs to be cancelled by the teacher for any reason, you are entitled to a free rescheduling or a full refund for the affected session.

2. Lesson Packages & Group Classes

Packages: When purchasing a multi-class package, refunds are only available before your first lesson is attended. Once your package has commenced, unused lessons are non-refundable but can be rescheduled if proper notice is given.

Group Classes: Payments for group classes are non-refundable after the course start date. If you need to withdraw before the first group lesson, please contact us for possible options.

3. Digital Materials

All sales of digital products or downloadable learning resources are final. Once delivered, no refund or exchange is possible.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us with your name, order or booking details, and the reason for your request. Refunds are processed according to this policy. We aim to reply within 3–5 business days.
